All prices are for the villa, not per person and include all taxes, utilities (e.g. electric, water etc),
cleaning prior & after stay and the full use of our management company who
are on call 24 hours a day, there is NOTHING else to pay except if you
require pool heating or if your stay is less than 7 nights.
We provide heating for the spa & wireless connection free of charge.
There is £100 / $180 discount for 21 nights or more. See

You can arrive & depart on any day of the week & we have no minimum rental period.

If your stay is less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of £50 / $95 for bookings.

There is a non refundable deposit of £100 / $175 per week to secure the booking.
A refundable security deposit of £125 / $220 is payable with balance 8 weeks before departure. This is fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
We can accept payment in GB£ or US$, money orders, personal cheques, Paypal or wire transfers. We try to make the whole process as easy as possible.
Note: Prices are subject to change and are guaranteed on receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, no matter how far in advance.
